As I was on a never ending 'Groundhog Day' I felt the need to delete my old blog and start again although my journey will still be a quest for a healthier life I have now changed my direction :-)

The last step before surgery... 2.5 weeks to go
So this is my gorgeous new sleep wear that I need to wear for at least the next month.. Bring on a better and hopefully quieter sleep!
