As I was on a never ending 'Groundhog Day' I felt the need to delete my old blog and start again although my journey will still be a quest for a healthier life I have now changed my direction :-)

Assessment day 9/01/14 Moving in the right direction.
My first assessment for the year was today and I'm quite happy with the result :-D 2 centimeters each off my shoulders, hips and waist and 1 cm of my bust and I have lost just over a Kg so really happy with the direction things are moving :-)
