As I was on a never ending 'Groundhog Day' I felt the need to delete my old blog and start again although my journey will still be a quest for a healthier life I have now changed my direction :-)

4 week Pics as promised :-) at 121kgs. = -17kgs in 8 weeks!!!
I am feeling so good :-) I know I have such a long way to go but I'm so happy with the way everything is going! I haven't felt this good in such a long time! :-D
